By entering this prize draw, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions:
The promoter is WM MORRISON SUPERMARKETS PLC, (CRN: 0358949) whose registered office is at Hilmore House, Gain Lane, Bradford, BD3 7DL (Morrisons). The prize draws are operated for Morrisons by STRAT7 Researchbods, a division of STRAT7 Limited, (CRN: 7642707), 98 Theobalds Road, London, WC1X 8WB, United Kingdom ("Researchbods").
Prize draws are open to all UK residents aged 18 or over only who are members of the 'Morrisons Listens' community, excluding employees (and immediate families) of the promoter, Researchbods, their affiliated companies or anyone professionally connected to the prize draw.
The prize draw is by online and postal entry only unless specified otherwise. Internet access may therefore be required. Each member of the Morrisons ‘Morrisons Listens’ community who participates in a survey, discussion room, poll or similar activity online is automatically entered into the monthly prize draw for that month. No purchase is necessary. Please ask whoever pays the bill for the internet connection before participating in the prize draw online. If you would like to enter by post, please send a stamped addressed envelope to the promoter marked with the relevant monthly prize draw you are wishing to enter, with your name, address, email address and telephone number and the results of the relevant 'Morrisons Listens' activity you have engaged with.
Only one entry per person per activity taken part in is permitted for each monthly prize draw. Entries by third parties are not accepted.
Each month there will be eleven (11) prizes in total to be won, consisting of (a) one (1) £100 prize; and (b) ten (10) £10 prizes.
Prizes are non-transferable and non-negotiable.
Entries to each monthly prize draw must be made between 00:01 on the first calendar day of each month and 23:59 on the last calendar day of each month unless specified otherwise. Any entries received after the closing date for each month will be entered into the prize draw for the relevant calendar month in which the entry is received.
Winner(s) of each monthly prize draw will be randomly selected from all eligible entries after the closing date for the relevant month. The winner will be notified by email within 15 days of the draw date. The identity of the independent person who supervises the draw is available on request. If the winner of any prize does not respond to the promoter within 15 working days of notification or a winner cannot accept a prize for any reason notified to the promoter, the promoter reserves the right to select another winner by the same process, up to a maximum of three (3) times.
Any personal data relating to entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and Morrisons’ Privacy Policy.
By entering the prize draw, all entrants acknowledge that their personal data will be used by the Data Controller for the purposes of the administration of this prize draw only, including contacting winning entrants. Entrants also acknowledge that when a third party asks for confirmation of a winner of a prize draw a promoter is required to provide the name of that winner and the county that he or she lives in. If members wish to participate in the research but opt out of the prize draw then they are able to do so by referring to their profile opt out page, and manually opting out of all prize draws.
Winners will be required to participate in any reasonable promotional activity, including publicity, photography and audio and/or visual recordings. By entering the prize draw, you consent to the promoter using your name and photograph in promotional material.
If for any reason any aspect of this prize draw is not capable of running as planned, or there is any cause beyond the promoter's control which affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this prize draw, the promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the prize draw or any affected entries without further notice. Where the promoter is unable to administer any prize won by a participant, the promoter reserves the right to replace entire prizes or prize components with prizes of equal or greater value.
Proof of sending an entry shall not constitute proof of receipt. No responsibility is accepted for entries that are lost, misdirected, late, damaged or illegible, for faulty or failed electronic data transmissions, for the Morrisons ‘Morrisons Listens’ website or the Internet being unavailable nor for any associated costs.
Prizes are awarded at the promoter's discretion and no prizes will be awarded as a result of improper actions by or on behalf of any entrant, including (without limitation) by manipulating codes, generating multiple entries or submitting false information.
Winners may be subject to a verification process by an independent third party. The promoter may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for the purpose of verifying the eligibility of an entry and the prize may be withheld until and unless the promoter (acting reasonably) is satisfied with the verification.
The Promoter will not in any circumstances be responsible for or liable to compensate a winner or any other person or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is: (1) caused by the Promoter's negligence or fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; and (2) in the case of loss or damage other than personal injury or death, foreseeable. Loss or damage is foreseeable if either it is obvious that it will happen or if, at the time of your entry, both you and the Promoter knew it might happen.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
